2. Non-Refundable Situations

✘ The subscription period has partially or fully passed.

Once a subscription is delivered and activated, it is considered consumed and therefore non-refundable unless technical failure is proven on our side.


3. Free Trial

We provide Free Trial options when available, allowing users to test stream quality before subscribing. If you choose to skip the trial, the purchase is considered final under normal refund criteria.
